Amplified streaming player (2x 80 watt Hybrid Digital type) ideal for handling networked, wireless and wired digital audio sources, now with HDMI eARC input. All music available from computers and mobile devices, with different operating systems, from web radio and especially from cloud and audio streaming services that are perfecting functionality and broadcast quality: WiMP, Rdio, Slacker Radio, Qobuz, HighResAudio, JUKE, Deezer.
With the new version (the third generation, from 2021), the eARC-type HDMI connection allows direct connection to the audio output (also in multichannel HD) of the TV set and manage the system with a single remote control. Amplified streaming player compatible with major audio formats with resolution (PCM and MQA) up to 32bit/192kHz thanks to the new 1.8 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex A53 family DAC, which is even faster and better performing than previous generations.
Powernode edition 2021, like all Bluesound products, is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, Vista, 7, 8, Apple OSX operating systems; free desktop and Android, Kindle and iOS apps available. Bluesound products can be used to network with each other to form a network of up to 64 devices. Integration with Control4, RTI, Crestron, URC, push, iPort, ELAN, Lutron, Roon systems. USB, Ethernet LAN and Wi-Fi inputs, dual 3.5 mm analog/digital combos; sub out, headphone and trigger out.
Support for AirPlay2, so you can do direct and simplified streaming from Apple’s devices, fixed and mobile, to Bluesound components. AirPlay2 also enables voice management with Siri. Airplay2 and Amazon Alexa (soon to be available in Italian). Two-channel Bluetooth, i.e., with simultaneous transmission and reception such as streaming from a source and sending the signal to a headset. Bluetooth now uses the aptX codec for handling 24bit/48kHz wireless HD audio. Wi-Fi generation 5 (802.11ac) dual-band with faster and more stable connection.
