1. Owner of the Site

The website https://droneservice-electronicsrl-shoponline.com/ (hereafter, the “Site”) is owned by Drone Service and Electronic S.r.l. con Socio Unico, with registered office in Via Solunto 19, 00183 Rome, P.IVA 17989881002, registration with the Register of Companies of Rome – Share Capital € 6,450.00 – REA RM-1754397 (hereafter, “Drone Service and Electronic S.r.l.”).

The Company is the official distributor in Italy of numerous technological brands and products, including but not limited to DJI, Jackery, Apple, etc. (hereinafter “Products” or “Product”).

The Site is intended solely for the online sale of Products and Services to end users (hereinafter “Customer” or “Customers”).

These General Conditions of Sale are drafted in accordance with the Civil Code (Articles 1470 et seq.) and Legislative Decree 70/2003, implementing the Electronic Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC.

2. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

By submitting an order through the Site, the Customer declares that he/she has read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Payment.

These conditions form an integral and substantial part of the purchase and sale agreement between the Customer and Drone Service and Electronic S.r.l.

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the time of their publication on the Site. The Customer is therefore invited to keep a copy.

3. Mode of Purchase

The Customer can select Products and place them in their shopping cart. To proceed with the purchase, you must log in with your credentials or register by providing:

  • Name and Surname

  • Company name (optional)

  • VAT number

The contract is considered concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the order confirmation email.

It is expressly forbidden for the Customer to provide false or third-party data in the registration phase. Multiple registrations attributable to the same person or the use of others’ identities are also prohibited.

4. Products in “Preorder”

Some Products listed on the Site may be purchased on a “pre-order” basis, meaning they are not yet in stock.

The Customer will be able to pre-order upon prepayment, including shipping costs.

An initial email will confirm receipt of the order. This will be followed by a second email confirming successful shipment.

5. Pricing and Zero Price Products

Prices visible on the Site are exclusive of VAT.

Drone Service and Electronic S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Some Products, for which price posting is not allowed, are shown with zero price. Such products cannot be purchased online. For information, the Customer may contact:

6. Method of Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering via the electronic methods available on the Site.

In the case of bank transfer, the order will be processed only upon actual crediting. Advance receipts are not accepted. There is no cash on delivery payment.

Payment on Delivery – Pickup at Location

For those Customers who select the “Pick-up at Headquarters” option , the following is provided:

  • 50% by bank transfer

  • 50% upon pickup with payment by card

In case of reconsideration after payment of the first fee, 25% of the total amount will be withheld as a penalty.

7. Shipping

Shipping is done by national/international courier, to the address given by the Customer when ordering. The cost varies according to volumetric weight.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time is 48 hours from order, plus 2 business days for delivery (except for smaller islands).

Please note:

  • Shipments to addresses other than the payment address are at the Customer’s risk.

  • The costs of storage and redelivery due to absence or errors are the responsibility of the Customer.

  • Upon delivery, it is mandatory to mark “subject to inspection.”

Any disputes must be reported within 8 days of receipt or all rights will be forfeited.

In the event of loss or damage attributable to the carrier, Drone Service’s liability shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the Product.

Each shipment is photographed before delivery: in case of dispute, these images will be authentic.

8. Civil Use of Products and Export Compliance.

By accepting these conditions, the Customer declares that:

  • Use the Products for civilian and non-military purposes only

  • Do not export Products to embargoed countries (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, etc.).

  • Do not sell or transfer Products to individuals on sanction lists (e.g., SDN List)

  • Verify the absence of “Red Flags” according to international standards (e.g., Red Flag Indicators)

  • Fulfilling any regulatory requirements for export control

  • Comply with DJI sales policies

  • Undergo internal compliance checks every six months and allow audits/documentation by DJI

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law.
The Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Warranty

All Products are covered by a one-year legal warranty, unless otherwise stated on the Product sheets.

The Customer should carefully review the individual Product pages prior to purchase to verify any warranty extensions or limitations.

11. Services Offered – Aerial Shooting

Drone Service and Electronic S.r.l. also offers professional drone services, including:

Filming and Photos:

  • Aerial advertising photos

  • Indoor/outdoor aerial videos

  • Services for sporting events, weddings, ceremonies

  • Amateur filming and photography

Technical Inspections:

  • Photovoltaic panels

  • Roofs

  • Bridges and viaducts

  • Environmental monitoring

  • People search

Terms and Conditions – Services Offered: Aerial Shooting with Drones

Drone Service and Electronic S.r.l. (hereinafter, the “Company”) offers its Clients a range of professional services using drones, in full compliance with current regulations on APR (Remotely Piloted Aircraft) flight, aviation safety and privacy.

These services fall into two main categories:

1. Aerial Filming and Photography Services

The Company performs drone filming and photography activities for:

  • Advertising and commercial productions

  • Aerial video for indoor and outdoor use

  • Public and private events (sports, ceremonies, weddings, etc.)

  • Amateur photos and videos on request

Specific Conditions:

  • Filming will be done only with prior ENAC authorization, where required.

  • The Client is responsible for obtaining any overflight permits in private or restricted areas.

  • In the case of filming in the presence of identifiable persons, it will be the Client’s responsibility to acquire informed consent for the use of the images, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • In case of bad weather or unsuitable operating conditions, the Company reserves the right to postpone the service without penalty.

2. Technical Inspections with Drones

The Company offers drone technical inspection services in civil, industrial and environmental fields, including:

  • Inspection and verification of photovoltaic panels

  • Inspections on roofs, canopies, industrial roofing

  • Monitoring of bridges, viaducts, critical infrastructure

  • Environmental monitoring activities

  • Supporting the search for people in coordination with relevant authorities

Specific Conditions:

  • Inspections will be carried out by certified pilots and with registered and insured drones.

  • Data collected (photos, videos, thermographic surveys, etc.) will be treated confidentially and provided to the Client in digital format.

  • The Client shall ensure safe access to the area of operation and cooperate in identifying any hazards.

  • In the case of special needs (e.g., red zones, airports, military areas), the Company will take care of any requests for authorization after assessing feasibility and additional costs.

Liability and Limitations

  • The Company is not responsible forillegal or improper use of the material provided by the Client.

  • The service may be suspended or cancelled at any time due to force majeure or security reasons. In such cases, a new date will be agreed upon at no additional cost.

  • The content created remains the property of the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company may request their use for promotional purposes only with prior written consent.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Services must be confirmed at least 5 working days before the scheduled date, with a down payment of 30%.

  • In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the agreed date, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or other available methods. The full amount must be paid upon delivery of the material, unless otherwise agreed.

Jurisdiction

The Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
