Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery take place once an order is received through our website, whose system will process the request by generating and emailing the buyer the order number and, where applicable, the serial number of the product purchased.

Couriers and Insurance

All shipments are made from our registered office in Rome via UPS or DHL couriers. Each shipment is automatically insured for the full amount paid by the buyer.

The couriers’ system (UPS or DHL) will automatically email the tracking code (tracking number) to allow real-time tracking of the shipment.

In case of loss or anomalies

In the event that the package is lost, damaged or has anomalies, please contact us promptly. We will immediately initiate the paperwork for reshipment or refund, minimizing any inconvenience.

Communications with Couriers

For special requirements related to delivery (e.g., time slots, storage hold, address changes), please contact your local UPS or DHL branch directly.

To arrange a specific delivery date, we recommend interfacing directly with the courier to whom the shipment was entrusted, using the tracking number received.
