With the Oberon series, Dali also brings SMC technology to an entry-level series in order to share with a wider audience one of its points of excellence from a technical point of view.
SMC, Soft Magnetic Compound, a system that sensitively reduces nonlinear magnetic distortion and with it lowers distortion in the low range and allows higher powers to be handled with greater linearity in frequency response.
All of the drivers used have larger diameters than drivers used in speakers in the same price range: the result is the ability to handle more power and with it ensure greater dynamics.
