Feature-rich
Powerful payloads
Equipped with carbon fiber axle arms, DJI RS 4 Pro boasts a load capacity of 4.5 kg (10 lb), as well as high power and torque, and is a perfect fit for traditional mirrorless/cinematic camera and lens configurations.
Native 2nd generation vertical shooting
Designed with a brand new horizontal plate, the RS 4 Pro unlocks the second-generation native vertical shooting function for even greater efficiency. Without the need for additional accessories, filmmakers can simply release the horizontal plate and secure it in the upright position to effortlessly switch to vertical shooting.
Stable balancing
The roll axis is now equipped with double rolling bearings, making adjustments easier.
All three axes have Teflon™ coating with a low coefficient of friction, which ensures smooth balancing even when mounting heavy cameras.
When interchanging cameras or lenses, the adjustment knob on the tilt axis can move the camera forward or backward, achieving millimeter-accurate balancing.
The top quick-release plate adds an adjustable positioning guide to prevent the camera from coming loose or moving.
Automatic screen lock
The OLED touchscreen incorporates a new auto-lock function, which prevents accidental touches during filming. When the screen is locked, it is still possible to display the current stabilization and joystick modes at a lower brightness, reducing power consumption.
2nd generation automated axis blocks
With next-generation automated axis blocks, DJI RS 4 Pro can start operations or enter rest mode, significantly improving shooting, transition, and storage efficiency. In addition, the axis blocks have been upgraded to achieve smaller spaces, further reducing stabilizer vibration.

Superb stability
DJI RS 4 Pro features a 20 percent increase in three-axis motor torque, offering greater power redundancy when balanced. This allows the stabilizer to remain responsive and accurate in tracking movements, even with heavy cameras or multiple accessories. It also provides enough power to support stabilization in various shooting scenarios.
Car Mount Mode
The new Car Mount mode optimizes the stabilizer’s stabilization algorithm based on vehicle vibration and wind resistance data, enabling stable footage even under severe shaking conditions.
4th generation RS stabilization algorithm
The next-generation RS stabilization algorithm has been fully optimized for various usage scenarios. It achieves a superior balance between stabilization strength and the tactile feel of camera movement, providing excellent stabilization performance and an enhanced user experience. In addition, RS 4 Pro offers greatly improved stability during vertical shooting, easily stabilizing dynamic shots such as running or low-angle perspectives.

Next-generation ActiveTrack Pro
Taking advantage of the brand new LiDAR for DJI Focus Pro 3and algorithms in AI, next-generation ActiveTrack Pro enables the RS 4 Pro’s three-axis stabilizer to constantly track the subject. Even if the subject is briefly obscured, it can quickly reposition itself and maintain focus. ActiveTrack Pro also offers excellent recognition and tracking performance in multi-subject scenarios or when the subject is at a distance.

High-efficiency lens control
DJI RS 4 Pro introduces a new joystick mode selector, which allows filmmakers to control stabilizer movement or lens zoom via joystick. In the zoom control mode, filmmakers can perform Power Zoom for PZ lenses, Clear Image Zoom, 8 and external zoom with focus motor. When paired with two motors for Focus Pro, DJI RS 4 Pro allows filmmakers to precisely control focus via the thumbwheel and adjust lens zoom via joystick conveniently and smoothly.

In collaborative team shooting, the stabilizer operator can control the RS 4 Pro via devices such as DJI Master Wheels, DJI Ronin 4D Handgrips, and the DJI Remote High-Brightness Monitor. The focus operator can also enable LiDAR Waveform on the Remote High-Brightness Monitor for intelligent focus assistance, enabling more precise control with the Manual Unit for Focus Pro.

Application uses
- Build a virtual studio system that allows PCs or consoles to be used to control the RS stabilizer. It also supports online control of several RS 2 units, allowing a single operator to operate several devices simultaneously;
