The Xiaomi 14T is a high-end Android smartphone with a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display: the panel offers 1.5K resolution (1220 x 2712 pixels) with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, refresh rate up to 144 Hz, 4000-nit peak brightness, and an integrated optical fingerprint reader. The manufacturer’s SoC of choice is the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra with octa-core CPU and Mali G615-MC6 GPU, flanked by 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of non-expandable UFS 4.0 internal storage. The camera compartment consists of four sensors in all: at the back we have a triple camera with a 50 MP Sony IMX906 main sensor (f/1.7 aperture, PDAF, OIS and Leica Summilux lenses), 50 MP tele sensor (f/1.9, PDAF and 50 mm Leica lenses, 2.6x optical zoom) and a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor (f/2.2, 15 mm Leica lenses), while up front there is a 32 MP sensor (f/2.0). Connectivity-wise we find 5G dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6E (802.11 ax), Bluetooth 5.4, dual-band GPS, NFC, infrared and USB Type-C port (no video output). The built-in battery is 5000 mAh and supports 67 W wired fast charging.
